Paid Leave
Paid leave for every team member. Full-time staff receive 80 hours of paid leave plus 16 hours of sick leave to start, and part-time team members accrue paid leave based on hours worked.

Life at FlipStar
We maintain high standards to ensure consistency, safety, and quality across both campuses.
Coaches commit to a minimum of two days per week and complete a structured training process, with up to eight weeks of onboarding for new coaches and accelerated pathways for experienced professionals.
Once on the floor, coaches are empowered to focus on coaching.
For those who want to grow beyond their role, we provide 90-day roadmaps, leadership pathways, and opportunities to help shape the future of the organization.

We believe the best work is done with intention. That’s why our program offers TWO purpose built gyms to deliver the best environment for our coaches and athletes. Our headquarters is stationed at the New Lenox “Recreational Campus” providing classes, parties & special events.
Our Joliet competitive “Team Campus” houses our USAG Development Programs and USAG Xcel Programs in a private high performance training environment.
Our Hiring Process
We believe hiring is a two-way decision. Our process is built around clarity, alignment, and genuine connection.
We are intentional about who we bring onto our team, and we give candidates space to understand who we are as well. You can expect thoughtful communication, primarily through email, along with follow-up calls and, when appropriate, video conversations with members of our leadership team.
For certain roles, the process may even include an in-person meeting over lunch or dinner so we can get to know each other in a more relaxed setting. It may feel more deliberate than what you have experienced elsewhere, and we believe that leads to a stronger, longer-lasting culture.
