FAQ's

Registration

You should call to register as soon as you know the session(s) you want to attend. Registration begins February 25th 2026. Camp fills quickly, and we only take a maximum amount of campers a week to keep camp a smaller, more specialized experience. Registering is the only way to ensure your child’s spot in camp and/or the spot on the waiting list for full weeks.

Although our front desk hours are subject to change; here is the general timeframe you can find us there.

Monday-Thursday: 9am-2pm/4pm-7:30pm

Friday: 4pm-9pm

Final camp payment must be completed the day of booking. If we do not receive your final payment on the day you booked, you may forfeit your spot to another camper on the waitlist.

Any campers who wish to cancel may do so seven (7) days before the first day of camp. A $50 non-refundable processing fee will be withheld from the original payment per student and a credit will be applied to your account per student.

NO REGISTRATION AND/OR CAMP FEES ARE REFUNDABLE.

We will not give refunds to any camper who withdraws anytime after their arrival or in route to camp.

We do not give discounts to any campers who arrive late or depart early. If you wish to cancel please contact us directly.

5 years old, up to 12 years old. To ensure the best experience for all campers, we cannot make exceptions to our age policy for camps.

First, be sure to update all health information necessary to inform our staff in the campers online profile.

Next, reiterate any severe allergies or health concerns to our staff at check in on day one.

If your child has an EpiPen, please bring it labeled in a large ziplock bag, with a printed picture of them inside the bag and include emergency contact information on the back of the photo. This will be readily available to all staff in our facility in the event of an emergency with quick access to identify the child and reach you immediately.

Our staff cannot provide assistance of any other medical devices, medications or monitors during the camp.

Attending Camp

Guardians must check their campers in and out each day. Check in and Check out is located at the south entrance, just look for the door with the big star!

We have a one coach for every eight campers.

  • Tighter fitting athletic clothing or a leotard.
  • No shoes or socks are allowed when on the equipment.
  • Please keep all jewelry and valuables at home.
  • Hair longer than shoulder length must be pull up and and away from the face.

We do not provide food or snacks for campers. We also do not allow our campers to purchase any food from our vending machines.

Bring a snack for half day campers, and full day campers should bring snacks and a lunch.

  • No peanut/tree nut products are allowed.
  • Sharing is strictly prohibited.
  • Snacks and lunches must be in a sealable lunchbox.
  • A refillable water bottle is required in the gym, we do not allow any other liquid besides water in the gym.
  • Snacks and lunches can have other liquids besides water. Please ensure the item is appropriately sized and avoid carbonated products.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate for absences for camps.

Besides an epic, high flying, activity packed gymnastics camp?

We hope that campers walk away with new friends, a greater desire for athletics, creativity and sociability.

They will also bring home crafted creations supplied by the camp, a camp t-shirt (signed by all coaches and campers at the end of the week) and a whole lotta energy burned!

Happy New Year! FlipStar will be closed for all Recreational Classes beginning Monday December 29th to January 4th. Classes will resume on January 5th 2026.
